Upon return from delivery, milk crates are typically marked with dirt, spills and handling marks. If these crates are reused without being sanitised correctly, they then pose a greater risk of contaminating the milk. To provide a solution to this concern, we produce Crate Washers in Ahmedabad which can effectively clean dairy crates used at plants throughout the state of Gujarat and across India.
The Crate Washer was developed specifically for the removal of milk residue and surface soil from plastic crates through use of a high pressure water spray. The washing area of the washer is made with stainless steel to withstand wet environments and provide continuous operation. The spray nozzles are positioned to equally spray every side of the crate so as to ensure a fully sanitary condition of the crate. Water circulation is being controlled to limit waste while achieving a strong wash cycle.
The structural design is built to be robust in order support the regular loading and unloading of crates. Depending on plant capacity, we offer crate washer and manual loading versions of the units. We take into consideration daily volumes and wash cycle times when designing our systems. Maintenance and periodic inspections to the crate washer can be done quickly and easily.
