When milk is collected from the animal, it immediately begins to rise in temperature. The longer it takes for the milk to be cooled, the poorer the quality will be and the shorter the shelf life of the milk. That is why having proper chilling at the correct time is crucial. We manufacture milk coolers in Ahmedabad, India, that are designed to cool the milk quickly and efficiently after it has been collected in a dairy unit.
Our milk coolers will cool the collected milk as fast as possible after being collected. The cooling mechanism has been developed for optimal heat transfer to inhibit bacterial growth within the milk. The tank is constructed from food-grade stainless steel with an interior finished to a smooth surface to promote food safety and hygiene. Insulated construction will keep the temperature of the collected milk lower over longer periods of time, and will reduce the power required to maintain the colder temperature of the collected milk.
An agitator support is built-in to ensure that the temperature throughout the tank remains uniform. The compressor and the cooling equipment used for the design of each unit have been selected according to the level of milk collection by the dairy and ambient temperature. During the design process, we have taken into consideration any impact to the system due to voltage fluctuations and the prolonged use of the equipment.
We supply our milk coolers to dairy collection centres in the villages near Ahmedabad and to larger milk processing facilities in all of India; thereby helping to ensure the quality and freshness of the collected milk prior to further processing.
