Production of mawa involves controlled heating as well as continuous monitoring. If an uneven heat...or improper stirring...is introduced to the mixture, it develops into an unusable product within minutes; therefore, in order to properly handle mawa production, we design Mawa Making Machines in Ahmedabad for stable operation when used to make mawa in dairy plants throughout the state of Gujarat, India.
The Mawa Making Machines are designed for continuous boiling and thickening of the milk while maintaining a controlled temperature throughout the boiling/thickening process. Each of the vessels for making mawa is made with food-grade stainless steel wire, which allows for easy cleaning and provides long life. Additionally, steam-jacketed models allow for even heat distribution during all operations; hence, wetness in milk does not develop at the bottom of the pot due to insufficient agitation; this will significantly improve the final product's texture and reduce the amount of uneaten waste.
We focus on practical design when building our mawa makers. The gearbox, motor and frame are all selected according to the actual load they will experience while producing mawa. The Mawa Making Machines are designed such that operators have very simple methods for operating and maintaining them. There is also a great emphasis has been placed on providing access for cleaning since residue left in the machines will greatly affect the quality of the next batch produced
