Dairy Tanks

When it comes to storing, or processing milk and cream in a dairy plant, the storage tanks used inside different plants all rely on the quality of those tanks for effective and productive use. If tanks are made poorly from badly designed structural Tanks, low-quality tanks can cause contamination, leaks and loss of temperature. To avoid these problems, we make and supply Dairy Tanks in Ahmedabad to provide safe, hygienic storing of dairy products and dependable performance for plants producing milk in both Gujarat, and across India.

We manufacture tanks using (unless otherwise noted) all tanks are made from (only) food-grade 304 stainless steel (or an approved equivalent). Our Dairy Tanks may be used for storing milk, holding cream, processing buffer or collecting product output after processing has been completed. Dairy Tanks can come in either vertical or horizontal designs, have insulated and non-insulated designs, or depending on the products being stored in the Dairy Tank.

Our Dairy Tanks are also designed based upon the daily intake of milk by the Dairy plant, as well as the layout of the Dairy plant. The inlet, outlet, and manhole(s) for the Dairy Tank will all be (with respect to the specific location within the Dairy plant) configured properly to allow the Dairy Tank to operate out of the Dairy Plant space in a safe and easy to clean manner. The Dairy Agitator may be provided (along with each Dairy Tank) to help mix the cream while being stored and/or during the process of being run through the Dairy’s process equipment. The structural framework of all Dairy Tanks must be able to handle all loads, providing vibration free storage while in a full condition.
