Paneer Presss

Quality of Paneer is dependent largely on how the curd is pressed. If the pressure is not applied evenly, you may get blocks with cracks or blocks that retain too much moisture. To ensure accurate control at this stage we manufacture Paneer Press machines in Ahmedabad specifically suited for applying an equal amount of pressure, using consistent amounts of moisture to produce uniform blocks of Paneer in dairy plants throughout Gujarat and India.

Our Paneer Presses are fabricated from stainless steel (food grade), which ensures that they are sanitary and that all Paneer produced at the time of press is free of contamination. The unique design of the pressing mechanism allows for equalisation of pressure on all mould surfaces during the pressing process. We offer several different models of Paneer Presses – manual, screw type and hydraulic –, depending on the size and daily production volumes of the plants.

Pressure controls have been incorporated into our machines to allow for control over moisture movement according to the product specifications.

Our Paneer Press frame structures are strong because as the machine operates the pressing load will increase. To aid hr efficient removal of whey from the pressed blocks, we have incorporated a drainage system into the design. The designs of the machines have been kept simple to facilitate daily washing down as required by the production process at the time of press.
